How
does Reflexology work?
There
are 7200 nerve endings in each foot, 450 in each hand.
Reflexology touches each of these nerve endings by applying
pressure at specific points to generate a desired result.
Reflexology encourages the healing process to begin. Reflexology
does not heal but merely creates the circumstances through which
self-healing can occur. The increased inner awareness that
develops through reflexology leaves both the practitioner and
the client with a greater feeling of contentment.
