What to expect in a session:

Drink water before & after a session to relieve dehydration! Come a few minutes early to: Complete the paperwork needed for your session. Allow time for a brief question and answer session Prepare for your session: – includes removing shoes/socks and cleansing feet and or the hands. Each session will include: Working the points of the hands or feet with consideration to the complaint or complaints. Each session will last: The time frame for each session is dependent upon the service requested. Sessions are 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes long based on client request and client needs. Completing a session: At the end of each session the client can rest and relax for a few moments. Remember, Reflexology should not cause you pain. It is important to let the Therapist know if you feel any discomfort. Also, during your session the therapist might need to apply additional pressure, this will be done with the permission of the client so that the client will be aware of the possibility of temporary discomfort.
