Farzindokht (Farzin) Zarrinkelk was born in 1937 in Shahpour, Iran. She studied painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Tehran under the direction of several well-known and talented art professors such as A. Heydarian and H. Seyhoun. Ms. Zarrinkelk graduated from the university in 1967. From 1957 to 1980 she was a high school art teacher. In 1990, Ms. Zarrinkelk and her family immigrated to Germany where she currently lives and continues to paint and teach art. |
